Due to the collectible nature of our comics, prints, and original art, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please make sure to review all product details and images carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or incorrect orders
We take great care in packing each order. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@hiddentreescomics.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate and arrange a replacement or store credit if applicable.

Non-returnable items
All comics, prints, and original art are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of damage or incorrect shipment.
