Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

• Economy shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after dispatch.

• Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–4 business days after dispatch.
  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected option and order weight.

Order Issues & Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at team@hiddentreescomics.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Hidden Trees Comics is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. We will do our best to help resolve issues directly with the carrier if needed.

Pre-orders & Special Releases
If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will ship when the pre-order item is ready. Estimated ship dates for pre-orders will be listed on the product page.
